To participate in the ISVC summer photopracticum you need to:
• fill out the application form and submit it till May 31, 2009;
• pay the participation fee;
• correspond to the requirements set for the applicants of the working groups;
• possess a camera and other necessary equipment and material for taking photographs.

The participant 380 Euro fee covers 7 full days of participation:
• study and research program;
• placement at the hotel ( 2-3 bed rooms);
• transportation costs related to work of the groups, workshop tours in Minsk and Minsk Region (the costs related to participants travel to the Republic of Belarus are not included).

The 190 Euro fee for participants resident in Minsk covers 7 full days of participation:
• study and research program;
• transportation costs related to work of the groups, workshop tours in Minsk and Minsk Region (the costs related to participants travel to workshop locations are not included).

Participants will agree to:
• keep to the School’s program;
• take part in all events organized within the summer photopracticum;
• keep to the hotel guest rules;
• take care of their own belongings. The organizers do not hold responsibility for safety of your photographic equipment and other private belongings;
• create and submit 1-3 photographs for the exhibition presenting results of the photopracticum;
• authorize non-commercial use of their pictures by the organizers including their publishing in a book aiming to popularize documentary photography;
• authorize the organizers to publish their pictures in the online gallery of the official ISVC website;
• authorize the use of their pictures for ISVC advertising and PR.
